My Journey

I started moving my body at the very young age of 2 at my dad’s gym. I’ve been in love with movement and have had an innate passion for it for as long as I could remember. I’ve lived a very active lifestyle throughout the years. I have tried every sport and dance form that caught my interest. When I first started in the fitness industry, I learned from top cross-fitters and body builders and trained my clients with the same grueling techniques. As I gained more experience through more coaches, working with different clients and self-experimentation, I was able to simplify my method. I am passionate about human wellbeing as a whole which has led me to complete a degree in psychology, and complete pre-med coursework. I’ve also studied functional medicine, nutrition and am curious about everything related to personal growth, health and fitness.

In 2014, I came down with something that altered the way my body was functioning; I had lost my ability to move freely. I was working too many hours, training intensely 6 days a week, and my body broke down. I had to discover new avenues to stay active and connected. I learned that having support from my fitness community, family and friends was invaluable during this time. Not by choice, but this period of my life was an awakening into bigger things! I gave my body a break and I dove deeper into the intricate scientific interactions that happen in our bodies. I can now give back to my clients, family and friends more thoroughly. I train with a focus on education, support, balanced living and comprehensive programming! My clients and I can now incorporate these skills, train 2-3 hours a week, and include a couple other wellness practices into our daily lives and we’re able to achieve and maintain great results in an effortless way!

As we age, our body responds differently to old habits. What makes a difference is how we choose to pivot every step of the way. I learned so many things through this experience. One of the things I learned…you can’t take your body’s capabilities for granted! If you have the ability to move, then you have the ability to gain amazing results for yourself! And it can be done in a fairly hassle free way!

After being in the health and fitness industry for a decade; working with hundreds of people, learning from top trainers and practitioners, making big changes for the people that are consistent; and maintaining a toned body for myself… I am more than happy to share my knowledge with anyone who is ready to make positive changes and is willing to put in the work!

However, through this program, you’ll work smarter so you don’t have to work harder!

Mission Statement

My goal is to continue to help people improve their bodies, their lifestyle and ultimately their wellbeing. I go to my clients with a deeper purpose of not only getting them to their physical goal; but also being there to support the entire process of creating a better lifestyle in a simple, holistic, not physically taxing way. I want people to feel amazing through proven methods!
